Return/ Refund Policy

At Boss Girl Custom Creations, we take pride in the craftsmanship and personalized nature of our products, which are custom made to order and handmade with care. Due to the unique and individualized nature of each item, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on orders once they have been placed.

However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we want to provide our customers with flexibility. Therefore, customers have a window of 48 hours after submitting their order to cancel and receive a refund. After this time frame, orders cannot be canceled with a refund due to the custom nature of our products.

Additionally, prior to shipping the order out, we will send a proof/work approval email to ensure that all details are accurate and meet your expectations. If this email is not responded to within 5 days, the order will be shipped or prepared for local delivery as approved.

We strive to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue and provide a suitable resolution. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect in order to assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
